Shipping & Returns
Initial Accessory official online store uses SF Express and DHL International Express (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. for delivery service, products can be sent to every corner of the world!
We will ship within 2 to 3 business days once the order is confirmed. We will arrange delivery as soon as practicable. Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
During peak hours such as sales promotion, festivals, etc., orders can usually be delivered on time, but occasionally there will be some delays. Delivery time is affected by factors beyond our control, including weather and accidents caused by the shipping company. Initial Accessory is not responsible for any circumstances, we recommend that you submit your order as early as possible.
Online Order Packaging
All accessories purchased at initial Accessory official online store are placed in a unique initial gift boxes. If customer needs initial shopping bag, please add the required amount to the shopping cart before checkout.
We will deliver according to the order notes, and will be sent by SF Express and DHL International Express (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., and must be signed upon delivery. If no one receives and signs, the parcel will be returned to the warehouse, and the courier company will re-arrange another time with customer. Please note that your parcels will arrive the warehouse within the next two business days of the delivery.
The shipping cost depends on the delivery destination and details will be listed when checkout. Customers who purchase HK$800 or more can enjoy free local delivery service, which will be automatically deducted at checkout.
- All accessories sold at the initial accessory official online store are not allowed to refund.
- For reasons of hygiene, earring products are not allowed to return.
- If you need to exchange goods, please inform us within 14 days from the date of sales receipt, then we can proceed the exchange process. Therefore, we recommend to contact us as soon as possible after receiving the goods if needed.
- All returned products will be inspected after deliver to the designated address. All items must be able to resell and with the original packaging.
- Each receipt can only be exchanged once. We will not accept products that are not in non-original status, or exceed the returned deadline or unauthorized returns.
- Please note that any discounted products and gifts are not refundable. We currently only accept exchange for different sizes or product quality issues.
Products Exchange Procedure

- For all product exchanges processed by the initial official online store, please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Sales invoice
- Products needed to return
- Reason for exchange
- Receive initial accessory official email reply to confirm the product exchange arrangement
- Within 14 days, please:
- Send the sales invoice
- Put returned products with the original initial packaging into the package.
- Send by courier to:

- Please note: Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the product exchange and the security of the delivery.
- After initial Accessory receives your goods, and once it confirmed and able to exchange, we will send the new products within 2-4 working days.
- We will send you a notification email once we receive the goods and process the product exchange.
